Can't log in with new password that I reset it

I couldn’t log in with my old current password so I clicked on Forgot password and got email from them with code numbers to reset my password and I put my new password in and got in the Armative Studios to get help from the supporter. So, I got in the featurebase app but I still cannot log in to play from the Launcher game box.
