Massive penetration Problem?? Nashorn vs M4A3E2

As you can see, in the hangar, penetration is easy, numbers say that, graphics, distance, but in the field no such thing, i can penetrate at way longer distance bigger armor as it seem but the M4 cartboard tank seems to hold up to good, or i am missing something??
